Book jobs in SE Asia vary in quality (yeah, I've done the research, plus when I lived there I knew a lot of plastic surgeons). Some of the better surgeries I've seen were done in Vietnam and South China. Some of the worst have been from there too! Typical job is about $2500 USD and results vary.

Rarely do you find girls with solid chest rockets in Asia, except maybe Thailand, though that is more of a personal choice than anything else, since they've had plenty of experience with surgery there as well.
