In the last couple of years I have seen some funny stunts by married guys..

One guy (now a resident) told his missus he was going to some football matches (Euro cup ??) in Spain.. Had a mate sort him a Spanish sim that could roam and called her from here on the spanish number !!!

Another bunch I met were going from UK to Oz.. They had an overnight in BKK and had so much fun on the overnight they just didnt do the rest.. Were in Patong on the lash calling thier wives all pretending to be in Oz !!

A Belgian friend living in Kamala told me one day in January a few years ago he went motorbiking with another Belgian he doesn't know.
