ITs happened to me many times I had a regular who went on "vacation" for a few months and she came back and she was huge. I was still paying her the same price but getting a lower quality experience. You're right, women gain weight so easily, especially when they hit each decade. So MPAs that recently pack on a few pounds may be approaching 30 years old. Maybe Adrianna turned 30 recently. A few other veterans at Premier may be rounding 30.
