Yes, there will be things that fall thru the cracks, but as I said Canadian cops are not like North Korean cops...and after they arrest you ,they can o ly keep you in jail o an indictment ( serious crimes) summary charges, they have to let you go and appear in court in the morning. Here is the thing after the cops charge you at the station..all the evidence within a day or two has to go to the crown attorney..they are the ones who will determine whether there us enough evidence to go to trial...if a cop just lied and said that you this or that..but with no evidence the crown will drop the case. It's called " having no reasonable prospect of obtaining a conviction in this matter"..

Bro as I said...things go thru the cracks...there are murderers who get away with their crime and there are innocent in jail....but the cases you cited are a tiny minority of all cases that are presented to an adjudicator...I am in the legal industry....and can tell you bro...dont let fear consume you....99 per cent of legal actions end up with the correct verdict .Also those cases you cited, to properly analysed them one has to read the full case to see what's up.To read a full case can be up to 5 pages long.You have to see the testimony, the evidence etc

NO, the cases I cited are a tiny minority of what goes on, the famous ones, the one that go public, the ones where there is large compensation for the victims are this ones. Many are unjustly detained, interrogated, charged. Else organizations such as The Innocence Project would not exist.

Maybe traffic court, legal cases are 100s of pages long.

Bro this is a lot of info..... it no...criminal cases are much longer than traffic.. and yes if it happens to yourself personally its hard......but we cant say the system isn't fool proof..and if I cop charges you first of all what is the charge..is it murder or common assault...if it's a summary case the only time you might spend d is a day in court..will it cost money,yes depending how much you want to spend on a lawyer...you can actually go to court first appearance by your self, effort ?? a trip to the court house....but what you have to I derstand.......most cops will fabricate evidence..because if the crown attorney cant see a case to present it goes away....very simple bro...you seem to have fear a out this.....you pro ably have a better chance of winning 70 million In the lottery than getting fake unprovable charges held against you...please bro..I am I the legal profession....I am afraid, you are in error..remember cops are accountable for their actions and if any of them get too stupid...they will get reprimanded or fired
