All thing being equal though, Lion is by far my favourite, seem to get a few wenches down there that are just about dirty enough for my taste..............:bad:

Yes, there is music in Soi Eric. I don't remember it though. I was concentrating on the lovelies and enjoying the beer. Now I hear there is a beach in Patong. I stayed in Patong for four weeks and never went to the beach once. Again the beer and the lovelies distracted me from beach activities. As for my favourite Soi, I stayed in Soi Sansabai at a few places and visited Soi Patong Resort, Soi Eric and Happy Road where I lingered at the Country Bar a few times. They had a good selection of music at this bar and of course I sang badly at Tum's Bar in Soi Sea Dragon. I was also a very frequent visitor at Patrick's Bar in Soi Sansabai. For me, there are a few favourite sois. The favourite one tends to change each visit. I found Otop this trip and was fascinated by a staff member at a bar with revealing cleavage. One night I had eight beers there. I think it may have been the decore that attracted me - 555.

don't have a favourite soi.....but I have a few favourite patong bars I guess

i do have concerns about yours ever getting back to what it once was though

Soi Eric, cos its where MTB is, Bangla Road, shipwreck, pone or u2 bar cos good staff and good people watching bar, outside of them all as good as each other suppose Lion has a few good bars but the lights too bright in there, Gonzo is less busy and talent generally poor, Easy is empty and girls too desperate. Seadraghon good alternatives and of course Suzi's, never make it to Sumkumvit as too far out of the way!! yes I know not far but by then it might as well be on the moon!!!

Soi Suk is tidied up and reopened, but its only got about 4 bars near the front occupied...a real shame that one....it used to be a 'find gold in the roughies ' for me....and a good shortcut to SD ( which definately hasnt come to fruition.)

Hey guys, I wanted to put my 2 cents in. My favourite Soi is Soi Easy down Bangla rd. I have had many great nights down there at a few different bars. My Favourite bar down there was Star Hollywood Bar (we got into a little trouble with some tourists on a visit and they helped us out and looked after us) On my most resent visit got close with one of the security guards who escorted us home each night to make sure we were not hasseled the whole way home. I would also have to say that Hollywood Disco is a great place to party and dance the night away. Drinks seem to be good priced with deals at nearly every bar for mulitple drinks as well as in the low season the people behind the bars are great to talk to and really make the trip memorable.
In conclusion lots of great times, good people and great entertainment
