Yes, you can withdraw cash from any ATM in Prague, and indeed, all over Eastern Europe. It's by far the best way to obtain cash. The advantage of this is that it saves you having to carry around loads of cash about your person.
The second major advantage is that you avoid having to deal with the local money exchanges, which, in my experience of Prague, are a rip-off. In case you do have to use one of them, go up and ask how much money you will receive in exchange for 150 bucks or whatever. Get three quotes and see how much they vary by. Don't go on what the big sign outside will say, it's the small print in Czech you have to watch.
