MY personal speculation is that certain "weaker" spas will shut, some providers who are not attached to the city will leave, a few more indies will enter the market because their spas are gone. The reputable spas' prices will stay the same but will not rise for a while. The indy prices will drop because of competitions. More or less what I expect to see in the construction industry as well.
I befriended and chatted with a long term lady once, one that lives in Vancouver but work here 2-3 months at a time. Ladies came from Asia or BC because of our $$$. If not for the higher rates and our less discriminant tastes, they would all prefer to stay in Vancouver or Toronto, somewhere warmer and larger. Many of them do not like our cold and blue collar environment. BUT, we pay way more than our colleagues in Vancouver/Toronto; in addition, older or less attractive or less service oriented ladies can still make a good living here without resorting to risky behaviours.
So, those who are attached to a spa or someone in this city will stay but rate will stay more or less the same. Those who are not attached likely have left the city already. Eventually when the market reopens, we will see a few more indies and may be a few lower rates among them. My pure speculation, only time will tell.
