I heard about the approval of that strip from 1540 to 1550. Do we know the approximate date?

It looks like they have approval, but it’s rare for construction to begin this close to winter.

So, the brochure I found says "Redevelopment Retail Possession: Q4 2026." Trinity Group is the only developers who use that exact phrasing, but I think it means that's when they estimate the ground-floor commercial space will be ready for lease.

Did an experiment. After I left, I called from another number (burner #), asked if Gigi's available. The person that answered (sounded like that girl the turned me away), said oh yes, come, when can you come?
me- two minutes.
So I go there. Same girl opens the door.
-Gigi's not available
-I just called, two minutes ago.
- I am sorry... she is waiting for another customer.
- I'm that customer. You said she's available and waiting for me. You know what? Here's the number I called from.
-I'm sorry, I'm so sorry...
-That's OK, but why are you lying that she's available?
-I'm so, so, so, sorry.... try me!!
-Well, now I definitely won't.
-So sorry...
I just turned and left.

While I know what that lady may be up to, pretending that Gigi is free so we come and see her instead and what not, it's kinda getting old. Ya, Gigi is fun 'n all, BUT. With all these hoops in loops, it really is not worth it. At least for me.

While I was VERY persistent about seeing Gigi, it had no effect on Lucy, what-so-ever. Even after I did my so-called "experiment", literally 3 minutes after I left the first time. A brick wall, if you will. The funny thing is, she's all right looking, and I would probably actually try her, if she wasn't, well, the way she is.

I called in to see Gigi, Lucy said to come over. I got there in 20min, Lucy gets the door. “Gigi’s busy, please try me”. No, I’m here to see Gigi. “Oh so sorry, Gigi busy, after customer she go home come tomorrow , so sorry “
