Lol..bro you want a iternarary..there are hundreds of spas in Bangkok..and no there not on any google maps. There is no best.
Stay close to Sukhumvit area . Close the tram line and Soi Cowboy . Nana plaza is walking distance. Spas and massage places are everywhere. Also make sure you ask them if there a ladyboy first ..seriously u cannot tell just by looking. Ask to see the goods before hand. You will have a unbelievable time. Enjoy !!

I've been seven times, but not for a while, the last trip happening in 2012. If YT can be relied on, it hasn't changed much. I love Thailand. Started going in 1987 and though what Thailand was in those days is gone forever, you can still have plenty of fun. Recommendations for specific places are fairly useless. Management and girls change so fast. Best approach is to keep a light fun attitude. Be respectful, don't be too cheap. Your money still goes a long way, be a bit generous to the girl who takes your fancy and you'll find you will have lots more fun. Same goes for everyday people you meet, the bellhop, you fave food stand person...be kind and the Thais will reward you amply. Especially if you make the effort to learn just a little bit about the language and try to say a few words.

Be sure to go to a soapy. They exist outside Thailand, but not the same experience. Didn't notice how long you are going for, but different itineraries allow for different degrees of fun. I had so many adventures there and love the place. Have fun.

Sabai Dee or Honey 2 soapy massges in Pattaya are not to be missed. Price will set you back 2,000 (about $80) but that will get you will get 2 full hours of complete bliss.

My favourite area general hangout area in Pattaya is Soi 6. Great place to stop for a beer and a quickie. Girls can be a bit aggressive though with multiple girls sometimes ganging up and physically dragging you into their bar as you walk past (all in good fun though).

Different tiers of girls, but 2,000 baht seems kinda cheap though. I remember the top tier ones go for about 5,000 baht. Still cheap compared to what you get. Don’t forget buying yourself a drink and for the lady as well. Tipping is included but goes a long way if you drop an additional tip of you like her service. Money is paid up front to the house after you choose the girl. No extra tipping is required but I usually leave an extra 200-400 at the end if I was happy with the session.

After paying she'll then take you to one of the rooms. While she's filling up the Jacuzzi someone will usually come in to ask if you want to order a drink. It's usually polite to order one for her too. Drink prices are reasonable and not a rip-off. Once the Jacuzzi is full you'll both get in for a good scrub and some fun. At some point she'll slip her knees under you and hoist your hips up so your manhood is well out of the water followed by a BJ while you float dreamily on your back. You'll then get out of the tub and she'll drop a big air mattress on the ground. Using a bowl of soapy water and a whisk she'll cover the mattress with a big layer of foam. Haven’t encountered one that charged a foreigner surcharge. Usually these are setup for tourists mostly, so what you see is what you pay. They don’t scam you in these larger establishments. The description in the previous post is spot on. Be forewarned, Bangkok prices tend to be much higher than in Pattaya.

I heard there is a foreigner surcharge for all the soapie places in Bangkok especially. I don't know.

I don't think there's a formal 'surcharge' so much as owners trying to coax more money out of you than advertised. I was in Katherine Massage in Phuket and had the same deal; they tried to tell me that a posted price was out of date, then said another one was only available in happy hour. I got out my phone and opened Grab and their tune changed very quickly.
