Nope!
Proportions?
No!
small hands on a small man don't look small, but rather small hands appear much smaller on a man of a regular size, same for women: small or big breasts look so because they are in disproportion on a woman- that's why we qualify them as such. Take Pamela Anderson- her breasts look huge, but they are ONLY 36DD! But she is something like 5'3. On a lady 5'11, the same size would look like 34C or smaller.
Then diet has nothing to do with the size of breasts or hands- only genetics. Common are cases when a largely overweight women would have small breasts, and skinny girls would cary some heavy treasure.
In women's language it's called constitution, translated in vulgaire language- particular fat distribution. Some cary more on the top, some cary more on the bottom and all at different places.
There is a survivor's theory on the subject of beauty, wich is not so matter of a taste, but more of common sense. Like the lenght of legs, shape of eyes or lips, breast size, or shoulder line- depending on a region we are in or come from, our beuty standarts will vary in terms of the best faculties to survive and procreate. Or our subconcious choice for better partner genetic-wise: when our vision of beauty and personnal preferences are commanded by that subtile software that is our instinct.
