LOL we SO think alike....that's exactly the first thought that went through my mind.....
reminds me of a story (doesn't everything?):
So I go to my local watering hole where I shoot pool just about every friday and saturday night (I should say used to). So all the regulars are there and there's a couple of hotties who are always around but not interested in me (I asked, got shot down).
So this one night the place is a little more quiet than usual and this chubby average looking girl walks over to the table and puts her money down to be the next player. She's average at best. Well, soon as we start playing she's laughing, joking, making good and not so good shots, horsing around with us regulars.
Well, it is well known around here that I'm not into chubby's at all but this chick? The more we played, the better looking she got. It wasn't that she went and changed her clothes or anything, just her attitude, playfulness, and best of all, she got my stupid jokes.
SO the music came up (they have a dance floor) and we danced and goofed around all night. I was in no way interested in taking it any further but at last call she announced that she had to go and would I walk her to her car. I did.
At the car I said to her, you're not really my type at all but after getting to know you you got hotter and hotter. I don't expect anythng to come of this but I had a riot with you tonight, you're an awesome person.....
She said "that's really funny because I thought the same about you....I thought this was going to be another boring night at the alpine and you made my night"....gave her a quick kiss and off she went.....
that night opened my eyes to one thing that always bothered me about (mostly) women in toronto: even the average ones had a "hottie" attitude. You know, where they know they're hot so act like their shit don't stink. See, I always thought: if you're average looking, you have to have something else going for you otherwise you're never going to meet anyone. This one did. She made up for her looks with a great attitude and was truly a riot to be around.
