Just like America evolved to what it is today. Exactly nothing has happened yet. You would think that in this day and age with the most basic technologies available to every country Black countries would at least be able to lift themselves out of poverty. But since it hasn't happen yet I'm not confident it will ever happen.

I'm not sour at all as I'm neither Chinese or Black. Just saying that the Chinese are taking over just about every Black country out there. Simple things like building roads and schools, why can't Blacks do these themselves? Black people cant govern themselves. Peace
