Can anyone else bend their fingers back at a 90 degree angle?? It tends to make people queezy when I do it for shock value.

Yes, Greattlakes, I can do that, too. Can you also bend your top thumb joint backward 90 degrees? For some reason, that also freaks people out.

I'm also curious if anyone notices the popping sounds increasing/decreasing based on nutrition? For me, if I'm in the habit of drinking soda daily, the popping increases, and when I give up soda, the popping decreases. It's not the massageplanetfeine, because I can drink tea and that has no influence. I'm thinking it's the High Fructose Corn Syrup, because although that supersweet taste is yummy, it wreaks havoc with my body in many ways. Has anyone else noticed a similar correlation?

And, Blisss, I notice my creakiness level is not so dependant on the nutrition factor (though that makes sense!) -- but is definitely elevated during the cold months of the year. To each his/her own I guess!

I notice more "creaking & popping" in the winter myself.
However in the past when I took Glucosamine & Chondroitin
that it greatly decreased how much "noise" I was making!
