I work for Heidi in New Jersey. My experience has been pleasant, she is a nice woman who pioneered the field of Concert and Backstage Massage starting at Woodstock in 1994. Although she is currently a hands-off therapist, she still has the contacts she made throughout her years of working musical events. I have heard from some of the promoters that she can be difficult to deal with, but I have yet to experience it for myself. YES, the website is difficult which is why I only communicate with her via text msg or email. The larger the venue or event, the more money you will make. It's simple, really. I've worked 2 shows this week and come away with well over $600. It's an excellent way to subsidize your income over the slower summer months. The more you work, the more the promoters will get to know you and perhaps if you are the right type of personality they will request you personally. Be yourself, have a great time, and don't forget to SMILE! I would recommend HFFF if you are someone who can keep their cool, even if someone like Gwyneth Paltrow walks past you in the hallway. You will meet all kinds of people in this world, the most important part is to treat everyone the same when they are on your table or chair.
