Taxes come from people and corporations. Biden is targeting the rich and corporations for tax hikes to pay for this and his other plans.

So I learned something new about the virus over the past few weeks. I was traveling throughout Canada. Flew out of Pearson airport. So a couple things I learned, is the virus has now stopped all terrorists. I didn't have to remove my belt or shoes going through security, its like all the security checks in the past 10 years have gone out the window, just make sure you have your mask on. I was surprised, I had no idea that this was an upside to the virus. Oh, and social distancing, forget that, the person directing which security line people were to go in was telling people, no keep going there is more space get closer we need to move people through. The second thing I found out is the virus takes a break during meal time on the plane. You have to wear your mask, well except for that hour or so when they serve you a meal and then you can take the mask off as the virus takes a break and doesn't spread when people are eating. This was on a plane that was fully booked, not an empty seat on it, and no, the airline didn't leave empty seats between people.

Well isn't that interesting.

I guess he was closer to the real number than the projected 2 million. But Trump is not the president now. Less people were infected and in hospital on his watch on Labor Day, before the vaccine, a year ago.

Biden is a disaster. The number of people that agree with you is diminishing.
