Those are Opinion Hosts. Journalists go out and investigate, verify, confirm then report. Tucker Carlson, Hannity and Ingraham are also only Opinion Hosts. Even in the legal world they have come up with the term “The Tucker Carlson Defence” in that any reasonable person is supposed to know he lies so he can’t be sued.
