been there 2 times, 3rd time was the last.
Was getting exceptional service from Lisa prior 2 times, she would show me the lineup, i would choose, then all is settled.
This time she was PMSing. I got in, she escorts me to room. Everything seemed okay so far. I requested the line up. She probes to see who I've been with, I tell her I don't want to repeat any previous and like change.
She says ok, and tells me she will bring in another attendant. I ask to see her first (i'm not stripping down and getting comfortable if I can't see what I'm paying for).
She starts making a fuss, throws out another name, she gaurantee's that the attendent is the whole package. Great, can i see her I ask. As again, relunctant to show me anyone. At this point we were talking in circles and I politely asked her that I would like to see who i'm getting before I shower. She then snaps like a pitbull. "You too picky!" "You trust me!"
At this point I knew I wasn't going to see a lineup. I told her I'll come back tomorrow (to hopefully calm her and escape silently). She escorts me out, and then starts cursing at me. At this point i'm in a bit of shock considering the whole time i was quiet to avoid any kind of unnecessary conflict.
3rd's the charm? in this case, 3rd time is the nail in the coffin. I won't return. You can't expect someone to not see what their paying for , and then scold them after. Wow... interesting philosophy on customer service. She's always been nice and complementary, I know now how fake she was in those previous encounters. Sure she might of been having a bad day, but business is business. Your customer wants to see the product, if you can't supply it, well expect the the customer to walk out. I've walked out of previous mps, a smile on their face (trying to upsell before I leave), but at the end of it all, most places are good about it.
I've done enough toftt to be caught in a situation where you regret spending your hard earned $$$. Back to the micro's
