In the past, the explanation from the mods was that HFH had a NRP for the whole spa because the York LE was constantly on their asses, trying to shut them down. Now that they are in Brampton, I guess this doesn't apply anymore. Add to this the fact that other spas in Brampton,like SRM or Utopia, seem to exist fine without the benefit of the NRP, I guess another explanation will be provided as to why it is still in effect.

In regards to the NRP staying intact ...

It's probably because of an upcoming court case.

If you have an NRP and then don't and members write reviews then that would provide evidence to the prosecution that it was business as usual.

Of course, posting that here also provides evidence ...

Kayla ... thanks for the additional parking at teh donut shop, it is nice that SaraV is returning, but sad that others aren't ... but then again I am sure that they made the proper decision.

BTW ... I used to have a St. Bernard before it started to have health problems later on and sadly passed away, so big dogs are no problem.
