Well, I went into HL five times this week, in order to make sure that I could believe what I was seeing after the first two stops. It was a huge disappointment. I'm clinging to a sense of nostalgia and love for the place that goes back to the ZB days, but honestly that love is just about gone now.

The place still looks good, but that's it. On every occasion I went in there was a small, poor selection of girls, includuing one afternoon where I went in for happy hour and sat down for beers. Over that period there was only one girl in the place. That didn't change in the 45 mins I stayed there. At no point this week did I see more than 4-5 girls, and not one of them was what I woud look even even objectively as anything to write home about.

The girls are being poorly managed. period. On several occasion girls were lying down on the benches downstairs instead of being upstairs with the customer who didn't even know they were there in some instances. All were playing on their cell phones. The practice of allowing them to stuff their faces while in the bar area is still alive and well too.

At least Carol is still there doing her thing.

I have been a loyal supporter of the place for years, and I don't have any axe to grind against anyone there at all. I hope it turns back around again, but as of this trip it has now become a second tier stop for me. Every other significant MP in town that I went to had more, better looking and more attentive chicas.

For New Fantasy fans (and I know that's not all of you. I have some issues there too) you'll be pleased to now that their lineup was three times the size of HLH's and had some very lovely girls in it.

Relax fans should also be happy. Several nice looking girls there too. The big surprise for me was 360 though. I was quite impressed with what I saw there, girls-wise, and with their rates they're probably the best bargain in town MP-wise, based on my experience this week.

I hate to say it but I agree with this report! I witnessed the same in middle of February and early March. 7 girls max at any time I was there in HLH. New Fantasy did have at least 15 or more. HLH is going to need a major change in marketing for it to get back to the 20 plus chicas. But if it does not improve they are going to be running the place by hand. A few of the chicas will work there but it may as well be equal to Calle 6 MP's. Hell one guy could screw them all in 3 hours. It is going to take some promoting. The Mona Lisa is great and the Independents for $60 are good providers. Hotel is nice and no shortage of Chicas coming through its doors. Of course they make their rounds to SL and DR but they have started to cruise the Mona Lisa.

for you guys who complain...it would be nice to hear the rest of the story...such as; so I went to _____ and there were _____beautiful girls to choose from and I took_____.

We went to the room which was _____colones for an hour and she did ______I wanted and gave me a kiss goodby after I gave her a _____colone tip.

somehow I doubt this would happen..just a bunch of tire kickers complaining who rarely take a girl from anywhere

This board is bi-polar. I read multiple reports 2 weeks ago how awesome HLH is. The girls are great and plentiful, food was solid, talked to Jeff and like what he is doing with HLH etc. Come on here today and nothing but doom and gloom.

I was at the HLH from 15-19 March. I had a great experience. I am not sure what time people are going, but in the afternoon starting at about 1 there was always at least 10 girls there. On Saturday, 16 Mar there was a party with more than 20 girls present from about 2 until 9. And, I thought the majority were in the 7-8 category. On 17 Mar there were also a wide selection of girls available. I am not sure why there is such a difference in reviews. By the way, I never saw girls lying on the couches. They were sitting at the high tables.

I have been to Costa Rica quite a few times and have stayed at HLH. I am telling you it is not as busy as it should be. The Chicas are just not working there. I do not know if the Hotel bookings are down. It could be the girls have no work so why show up. I always pull a girl at least once or twice a day from somewhere. I only sessioned once at HLH this trip where normally 5 or 6 times in a two week period. This was due to lack of talent there. I really hope it improves,. I do like the place!

Thank you for your feedback Shadowman. We take everyone's comments seriously and try to improve upon the each and every day. With that said, the week of Semana Santa is always slow in Costa Rica. While we encourage girls to show up, it is always difficult to have them show up on a week like this. I believe most of the other venues are slow also when I visited most of the usual bars and hotels. I even noticed Key Largo being very empty the entire week during peak hours. Again, thank you for your input and hope you visit us again soon.
