Some bosses are uncoachable. K have dealt with a lot of spa owners plus chinese people in my line of work, a lot of them are very stubborn.

The boss needs to learn the phrase: silence is golden.

There are two types of people. Some listen and learn from successful and smarter people, some think they know it all and learn through their mistakes. She belongs to the latter one. I just hope she learnt a lot from these few posts , realizes her mistakes and correct herself before it's too late. Maggie is a very sharp lady, all she needed was to smarten herself up a bit.
