The party ended in Japan in 2004. Now just mostly unattractive and bitchy girls looking for an ego boost. It was a dream place from 1999 to 2003. But now, it seems that even the unattractive girls have an attitude. There really are not that many good looking girls in Japan. I am not sure why guys still go there for ass. Japan is also way too expensive. I would recommend PI and BKK for quality, quantity, and price.

I am so glad that I don't like asian girls and particularly japanise girls. They have no ass, no boobs and look like small children! Gaijin woman, jaded, also spread these rumors and I did hear a Japanese women talk about the "yellow cab" but that is a 80s term. I still don't think that many Japanese women think we think they are easy.
Still, there have been English teachers in Japan for years. Since Nova, the absolute number has gone down.
I think this could be a generational shift. More younger women (though still a small minority) are rude and selfish just like our own Anglos. You can also see a lot more heavier women in the under 26 age group. Since these women are the most dissatisfied with Japanese culture and the most exposed to English media, the denigration of men is higher and concepts of lady-like behavior is less.

Again I use my anectdotal experience in Osaka. In 04 it was great, gaijin bars and women a plenty. In 07 things seemed different in the gaijin bars. For instance there werent any. The clubs/bars were still there, but the cliental was mostly Japanese rap artists and the women that loved them. Very few foreigners. I still found women on the streets friendly, though classifieds were not as good. However, I still hear guys clean up at friendship parties.

Again, the dichtonomy between English speakers and not. Maybe that's what it is in the context of the previous poster's theory: a small subset of English-speaking women getting overflowed by larger numbers of gaijin.

P.S. I think it is good for a gaijin to play the field, but he should be kind and discreet.

Yes a valid point for Tokyo - it was paradise until about 04 then things really went down. My theory is that the reputation of the girls for being easy lays spread, the number of sleazy foreigners increased, and then foreigners' reputation as sleazy animals increased to a huge level. Not helped with the number of sleazy foreign touts working in Roppongi.

Out in the country towns it's still damned good, if you can get an excuse to be there for a while. And Japanese married women are always desperate.

You make some valid points. Japan is not exactly a good place to meet and screw Asian women anymore. It was a nicer place before and very easy to meet girls until about 2004. Way too much attitude in Japan now. Thailand and PI are 100 times better for the monger.

Tokyo seems like the worst place for girls in Asia - I mean in TH, PH, Indo you only have to talk to a girl to get a lay. In Tokyo it seems to be pretty much impossible, especially if you dont speak the lingo. Plus the Japanese are a cruel race and very racist.

I just feel like putting some thoughts down on paper, and if some of the experienced folks are still reading this thread, I look forward to some responses. If this thread is dead, thats OK too, but thanks again for all the great stories.

I'm 34 now, and just spent the last 3 years living in the PI, working for an American company. I went through dozens, but certainly less than 100, Filipinas in my stay there. All of them were young 18 thru 26, and 90% were bar girls. I'm not predisposed to banging young girls, but the sad truth seems to be that Filipinas age so badly (when left in their own country, different story when you bring that back home) that I just never saw any decent looking girls over 25 or so. So I was "forced" to always bang the young ones. And because of that, I never found one at all I could "connect with" (except for a very specific 5.5" of my body). They were all too cute, too simple, and just didn't work for me. Even banging them got old in a hurry, because even though the girl might be 22 or 23, I could only lie next to her the next morning, with her grabbing at my nose saying "malibog" over and over before I started to feel like I was fucking 13 year olds.

Fortunately, the job I had allowed me to travel, intra-Asia, very easily. I could have gone anywhere, for about 10 days per month, with no airfare charge. So what did I do? In 3 years of visiting Thailand almost every month, I only went to Chang Mai once, Pattaya twice, and Koh Samed once. The rest I spent in Bangkok, specifically Soi 4.

So I met a decent group of Thai bar girls, and fell into the same rut I was in when back home in the PI. The Thais were better looking to me (I prefer a taller, lighter skinned girl), but not necessarily better in bed. They were a little easier to "talk" to about about "grown up" things (when I could find the rare one that spoke good English), however, they were much harder to joke with and be funny around than the average Filipina. Filipinas love giggling at anything! So for my 3 years of visiting there, I didn't make any life progress. I banged a bunch of Thai bar girls, and one "normal" one. And while it was fun, I still feel as if something is missing.

Now, to bring things up to date, I'm moving to Hong Kong in June. I have the same type of job as before, where I can travel intra-Asia very easily and quite often. Since Thailand is still available, and I know bangkok very well, I want to avoid that trap again. I'm afraid I'll start heading to Bangkok on all my time off, just like I did when I was in the PI, and miss this place I've been dreaming about called "Tokyo".

This thread about "normal" girls in Tokyo has me all jazzed up. I've never even met a Japanese woman, let alone experienced one in bed. I really dig the way they can be a bit taller, white skinned, and plump in all the right places. I love the way everyone says a Japanese girl is the liekly the best lay you'll ever have. When I walk out the front door of NRT, where the hell do I even go for a place to stay for say, a week or 10 days? I don't know Thing One about Japan. After living in the PI and Thailand, basically all I wore, 365 days a year (when not a work) was khaki shorts, flip-flops (sandals) and a nice, untucked golf-type shirt. Thats what I would have brought to Japan for a summer time visit, had I not read this thread first. Again, thanks guys!!
