The real work that he does is in the bedroom that is attached to his office in the Tesla factory. A normal man has 168 hours a week, and Elon sleeps 6 hours a night, so that leaves 126 hours, 3 of those hours are for work, that leaves him with 123 hours a week. He takes his food in pill form, so he doesn't waste time cooking and eating, allowing him the full 123 hours a week for sex, and he also always does outcalls, so he doesn't waste time travelling to the spas and condos to see sex workers.
