I was in the neighbourhood and decided to drop into San San based on this thread and thewalker's recommendation. As others reported, the place is clean and professional looking. The walls don't go all the way to the ceiling (about a half foot clearance) so you can hear a lot of conversations. Just as i_am_one said, I also heard a female customer come in.

But the massage was good and provided by a young MPA named Sisi -- not a looker, but not bad, compared to the older ladies there. Given the discussion here, I set my expectations low and just enjoyed the massage. So, I was pleasantly surprised when her oiled-up fingers started sliding up and down the crack of my butt cheeks and she started massaging my balls. To sum up the ending... Mr. Happy was certainly happy.

The only thing is that, given the way sounds can carry there, if you're a loud grunter or moaner, you have to try hard to keep your mouth shut at that moment of ... happiness.

Of course, YMMV. Sisi's English is quite poor, so it helps if you know a few Mandarin words to break the ice. But if you don't, there's a couple of ways to communicate that a release would be appreciated. Make sure you strip down to the buff to start, then maybe wiggle your butt a little or gyrate a bit, with legs spread wide, when she's working on your butt area. Anyway, it seemed to work for me, without having to ask for it.

As indicated earlier in the thread, cost was $48 for the hour; and a $20 tip for her good efforts.

Sounds like a great place. I live York Region but if ever in downtown I will check this place out
