Hi aloeplus = Thanks for listing those products. I’ll be reading more into them.

Today I almost developed the pain again! The pain started going down both legs, So I quickly jumped on the floor "not literally jumped " and started a few back exercises/stretches. A few moments later I heard a light "click" from my lowerspinand I had instant relief!?

This then got me thinking. I have realised that I seem to "click" a lot. My fingers, wrists, elbows, shoulders, upper back, back generally, knees, feet, toes!!!! Most or less all my joints seem to "click". In my right hand, I get a lot of pain which is instantly relieved after I click my fingers "i know this is bad for me".

I'm now thinking, whatever this build-up is which causes the clicking might also be happening in my lower spin? Which causes immense pain and I instantly feel better when it clicked???

Why am I clicking so much, and how do I stop the clicking? Do I need to start a new thread about clicking?

HI Narmi. I googled on clicking joints- there's quite a lot of info out there. Sometimes it's due to synovial fluid popping into action, sometimes due to tendons flicking over bone or other tissue. It seems generally it's not harmful. Lots of my clients have clicky knees and ankles - there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. My nephew gets his sister to tread on his back to get it to click to give him relief (just an anecdote - not that I'd recommend it!). My youngest son is really annoying when he clicks his fingers and toes - he seems to "need " to do it.I've suffered with a clicking hip and spine myself which I didnt like - as my back and hip alignment have improved and strengthened,its gone. Not painful, but not pleasant.

Hi Narmi, Im 30 in july and i feel im too young to have a bad back too.

There are so many rubbish physios out there which does not help.

I keep thinking of ways to help my back which is importtant.

I went to see a physio last year (my bro's rugby) and he said 'ooohh yeah your going to have an OP soon'. He could tell all that from my limp when i walked in.
