The majority of sex workers have a mental illness of some sort - bipolar II being the most common. If you have ever met a SW who is really into anything sexual at any moment - they are probably in the throes of a manic episode (episodes can last from days to months). Addiction is also common. Both groups tend to have issues with impulse control and lack proper judgement - not the kind of person I would trust with my secrets.

What I've always wondered though is whether Spa/Agency owners that are aware of this fact are, at least indirectly, complicit in exploitation. If you know someone has a mental illness, shouldn't the right thing to do is to refer them to therapy, instead of utilizing them for your whore-house?

Of course it's not the Spa's job to diagnose anyone, but my question really is a moral one. At the end of the day, the Spa is probably a much better (and safer) environment for these women than falling under the hands of some SOB pimp. That is, if the Spa itself is not one.

By the way, one thing that isn't mentioned is that the mental health issue exists on both sides of the aisle - if you've not already noticed already from the kind of characters on this forum, the people that regularly visit these places generally seem to suffer from similar kind of issues - loneliness, sociopathy, poor judgement, lack of impulse control (imagine paying 1000s of dollars a week for sex in Canada), etc. I would bet that even your so-called "regulars", who in your other comment you mentioned you're very happy to see, most likely suffer from one or more of these things, and yet, you & other MPAs have no qualms about offering your services to them and accepting their cash. Sadly, it's the same reason why girls on OnlyFans can offer services to Simps and then call themselves "entrepreneurs" for doing so.

My spa has a computer file with descriptions of clients that are known for being aggressive, trying to record, etc. My spa will ban people - both clients and girls.

Most of the managers where I work have been a girl. We talk amongst ourselves about some of those things, some times.

How detailed are these client descriptions? Curious because I have given my ID card for birthday promos and wondering if they try to use that in the database.

Yes and yes. I suspect that in the beginning, the ones who cared did try to get them help, but it probably backfired on them to the point that it wasn't worth it. At my spa, the managers (including the GM) are generally quite caring - all but one used to work as an MPA, and they will try to subtly manage/help the girls who are not totally hellbent on self destruction.

Have you ever had a client buy you an outfit to wear for the start of your session before you eventually get naked? I do this with girls I see a lot. And actually one regular I see I asked if she would wear her regular clothes she wore to work that day into the room next time I book with her. When that day came I was so happy she remembered. She walked in wearing black tights and a tank top. I found it so hot to see her in regular attire and it added a lot of fun to the session undressing her out of regular clothes. Lol, I know that might be odd but I liked seeing her without the high heels and just dressed in what she would lounge around at home in

I didn't think loneliness to be a mental health issue, or a 'bad' trait. It's normal for everybody at some point to suffer loneliness.

I have answered it in a past reply - no one outside of work knows about this job and it will stay that way. Some girls do, I think the majority start telling people, especially if they've been doing it for a long time and have no plans of exiting.

You are free to infer that it is a mind game - it's possible and likely that the majority of the time it is.

As I see it, what I have described is nothing more than the basic tenets of a respectful interaction that includes appreciation for a someone who is providing a service. No different than if a restaurant gave you a free bottle of wine every few times you dined because you were a good customer - came regularly, acted properly, tipped well.

Edit: Something most people don't understand is that if people feel safe to say no and are still treated well after, chances are that they will offer it organically down the line. Once again, it should not be a strange phenomenon to treat someone with respect and compensate them appropriately. All of these Dear Penthouse stories of MPAs slipping it in probably happened because she wasn't pushed, and there was a rapport built on respectful interaction over time.

Yep, actually do agree with you. It's a very fine line between genuine connection and mind games, and admittedly, much of the mind games occur in the guy's mind. I feel guys need to be aware of this before they get too deep into the hobby, and they really need to learn about themselves. Self denial can be dangerous.

It is generally easier to remove temptation first to allow room for reflection to arrive at said distaste.

Plus, that's assuming fasting is only applied in the context of a dopamine detox - hard fasting has many documented health benefits.

Research neuroscience on sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system to realize that in order to "unfuck yourself", abstinence is necessary in the short term.

3. No. I have no libido because I am concerned for my survival - that is not a natural state for a woman to be in. Men are supposed to provide resources and protection, women are supposed to care and nurture (typically home and children) and "fuck the war out of men". Hence why we are wired differently re big picture vs small picture.

4. I went into doing a ton of research with my "eye on the prize" - I was fine from the go.

5. This has been addressed extensively in previous replies.

6. That's up to her to decide, but I would find a different way of wording it, if I were you. Or you could just explain what you like at the beginning.
