Dude....do yourself a favor and AVOID this situation by getting a FEMALE masseuse!

Now, that being said, the sensation of being relaxed and touched can often cause "inadvertent arousal". This happens to many men at some point during massages and it's perfectly normal, especially if the girl giving the massage is attractive.
