Philips BG1025 or BG3006. I have used both. Good for the pubic hair as well as balls. Of the 2 of them I prefer the BG3006 as it does a better job.

Use scissors to shorten. Then use a NuPrep Surgical Blade for a close shave. Its available with all Chemists. Be careful though. Hamein Jhaate kaatne hai, gote nahin.
