I myself am a huge fan of the Italian finish and Jennifer does have a lovely bottom. It has been a few years since I have last seen her and I am glad that she has taken the Indy route and hope that she works out the final details as to a location.

BTW ... one question, did you book her for the 45 or 75 minute session?

I will definately put her on the repeat TDL now that I am back in town more often.

Due to the fact, i just read that many things are going in Jenn life presently, so she can manage her appointments well, & manage her other responsibilites too Jennifer is the only MPA who i have seen couple of times, & always had a great time with her.

How do you even make an appointment with this girl ? I have been trying for weeks. Her voicemail is always full. I have sent emails and never gotten any replies. She seems to update her site each day, so it's not like she hasn't been working. I hope she can get her affairs sorted and perhaps hire an assistant soon if she is so swamped as to be unable to even answer calls or emails.
People are struggling to make ends meet these days so parting with money for a session is a bigger deal for some of us than might have been the case once upon a time. Now more than ever, a provider really needs to amp up the customer service skills. I can only speak for myself when I say that I am more inclined to give my money to someone who hasn't left me feeling a bit insulted for weeks.

i know when I saw her, she mentioned that she is trying to get her affairs in order. She is such a sweet girl and deserves a little patience in trying to book her. I know how hard it can be as it took me a little bit of time to get an appt, but well worth the wait. I'm sure she is swamped and doing the best she can.

There's no excuse - I had a few little blips along the road initially when I first started working on my own that were actual excuses for slow replies - technology issues and a few other flukes.

After that was all fixed-up... I got tired. It had been a long time since I'd had a vacation and last year was a very stressful one for me, (a lot of my regs could vouch for that...)

I actually didn't intend to take this break - I have had the hotels booked... I just barely worked despite my intentions to. I suppose it can be easy to slack when you're your own boss (and I'm a sympathetic one I suppose lol). I haven't logged-onto massageplanet.net for two weeks... passive avoidance at it's best.

So = yes... my customer services skills have not been at their shining best over the past month or so... Now that I feel rested - I hope I can prove that that isn't the norm with me...

I'm working on the e-mails now and my inbox here is no longer full.
