Jenn after your reply lots of people got a real relief, hope you would stream-line your work in a professional manner, so there is no confusion in future for your regulars as well as your new clients. Kindly promptly reply text messages so appointments can be confirmed in a shortest possible time, as text/sms messages are really discreet for both parties concerned, & u are handling your blackberry well so make a full use of it now.

Yes... I know - therein lies the poor customer service that I admit to. The break wasn't intentional - and I did see the occasional appointment... I just slacked with responses and kept my vm full on-purpose...

btw. this really isn't the spot to say this but... I get a lot of text messages to my work line... I just can't keep up with the multiple modes of communication - I really can't book appointments through text messages to that number. I'll respond to all my e-mails and massageplanet.net pms.. but for those who sent me texts... just letting you know that I'm just going to clear my inbox today and start fresh.

As much as I love it.. the e-mail isn't always reliable.
My work phone is just a Razor... damn - it's really hard to text on that thing after you're used to a full keyboard lol.

I'm going to remain firm on the no booking through text thing though... K.I.S.S. lol gotta streamline things =)

I guess I got lucky I saw Jennifer when she first started out in her recent indy gig. Prompt replies to email/text was the norm. She answered her phone on 2nd ring when I called her for the room #. Everything went smoothly. And the session was the bomb!

She at least deserves a 2nd chance despite the poor customer service. Her real skills lie elsewhere

I agree with JFK, this is a great reply from an expired comedian.

Once you've had the pleasure of this lady, you will realize that her rates are one of the best deals in the GTA.

She's smart, sassy and extremely likeable and that's not even getting into the fact that Jenn is one of the most Drop Dead Gorgeous Ladies I've had the pleasure of spending time with.

The amount of creativity and enthusiasm she brings to each and every sessions is just incredible.
