There’s nothing inherently wrong with changing the direction of a business. I mean, look at Reinella - they changed direction and if that’s what the owners want to do then so be it. But I mean, if someone points it out then you could acknowledge it or give whatever the real reason is for bringing her in.

One thing I don’t entirely like about this industry is how rapidly some of the spas toss out the established employees when they bring in girls like this. Not in particular about Aria, but some other spas seem to forget entirely the other longer term staff to push the new girls who, frankly, can be extremely disappointing. Yet they make it out like the new girl’s the best thing ever.

It’s extremely frustrating and I think further degrades the skills and abilities of the other women.

I mean fk at least Reinella doesn’t block members for no reason on their thread.
