I love SL. They have some incredible ladies and are obviously doing something right.

The shilling however is very noticeable. Not just here but many many spas as well. I guess this is the evolution of promotion and this is what you have to do to create flow to the spa.

At the end of the day, if it gets the customer into the spa, the ladies still have to impress to retain the business.
