Is it OK to post a BG Pic?

Firstly, I wish new members wouldn't drag out old threads and make some comment that adds absolutely nothing to the thread. (Not referring to you Flhai)

@Flhai. The rules are pretty simple for the BG thread. They must not be topless or nude photos, and the girl should be known to the member posting. ie its his own photo and not stolen off the web.
Also, as stated in post# 3, if she let you take the photo and you intend posting in on the web, it is good manners to ask her permission first. After all, maybe the girl thinks it is just for your own personal viewing.

As far as there being more pics, that is down to the contributing members surely?

Yes it is up to the members to add more pics of course. Was just my opinion and thought that it would be better with more because they are a bit sparse. When I mentioned about the rules I was thinking more about the date taken, where and a bit of info would be good. Not really rules I guess just an information standard... but again my opinion only. Also seems that a large perceneforum.xxxe are from patts or BKK and if they are in the Phuket - nightlife area should they not be from Phuket? I just think that if it was done well it would be a great thread.

Mentioning the bar where the pic was taken is a nono IMO. Simply because there really are freaks about who will go there in the hope of some pestering. The girl doesn't deserve that for allowing her pic to be taken.
If you mean eg: Pic #1 taken in Soi Seadragon , then fine, not too much info.

Until there is a nightlife section outside of Phuket, the only place members can post their BG pics is in the Nightlife section. Be even less pics if it was Phuket girls only!

Your points are taken though, and in general I agree. Maybe the guys posting will take note.

Yes I agree that not the specific bar should be mentioned if the girl works in a bar. Was thinking the town, maybe soi or if in a club that would be not so bad. And yes didn't know they only had the one nighlife section to post.

I wouldn't say I know her very well but she did seem to like me, after I picked her number in the bar the hostess told me she would not go with me as she only dated Japanese men and it would cost me 4 K for LT and the hostess kept pointing out other girls, finally I got her to my table and after a drink we were off to the Hotel I think I paid her 2 K for LT.

Snapshots are pretty innocent if you don't put names and details I would think. But I think the thread is more for girls people know and/ or have been with.

and you never know her circumstances......there are plenty of gals working in bars who have Boy Friends and husbands who never go with customers......you shouldn't be offended to be politely declined OR to expect every girl to go with you just because you have BHT1000 in your pocket.......

But how do you know other than reading everything in the newbie section, then again, who does read everything in a newbie section when you sign on?

Good or bad, fact is that these days on the Internet you open I don't know how many accounts, never are you going to read all the rules before.

The only solution I see to this issue is that threads are scheduled to close automatically after a given period of time of in-activity. Don't know if this bulletin board software supports this function, otherwise it would be a valid enhancement request.

Otherwise, you will continue to see these old threads being digged out by accident and you are not going to stop this other then educating the new users.
