Is Oasis coming back?

I just saw Tara/Tammy this week (Monday at Pickering Angels) and I asked her if she was going back to work for Andy and she told me that she'd like to but she can't right now because she's taken over her friend's shift at another spa because her friend went to Calgary and she doesn't know when she's coming back. I'm gonna see her again later this week so I'll ask her again but I'm pretty sure that's what she said. Who knows? Most of the time, that girl doesn't even know herself whether she's coming or going. She just seems to pop up whenever and where-ever she wants. Sometimes, I think she's a total brainless twit but other times, she's so intelligent she blows my socks off. I think she's more 'book smart" than anything else. I've known her for years now but I only just found out the other day that she actually finished University. And when I asked her if she's worried about her holistic license since a lot of the other MPAs I talked to seems to be, she just said, "of course not!! I just went down there, showed them all my certificates and they gave me my licence right away for this year. No problem. I'm smart you know." Just the way she announced, "I'm smart you know." made me LMAO.

Wow I was so sad when this place closed. I use to frequent this place once a week. I am glad to see it back in business. I really liked the Esna Park location but I am anxious to see the new spot. All my favorite ladies from the old Oasis are at the new one. Can't wait...good work Tarzan.

UPDATE: I went to see Summer at PA (a.k.a. Ginger 's-Tara / Oasis-Tammy) this weekend and when I asked her if it's true that she's going back to Oasis to work starting March 15th, she said no.

Can someone provide some additional clarifications here? My friend and I are serious about opening a spa for quite a while now, also in the Scarborough area, but the City officials are making it really difficult to obtain a holistic license. (Body-rub is out of the question since they don't issue anymore of those at all.) So we've also looked into this "accupuncture licence" which seems like the smartest way to go. We did some research and discovered that it is indeed a fact that there's no City inspectors for these kind of places. Just some sort of "accupuncture organization" that governs it's members.

We heard from a pretty reliable source that LE cannot just walk into a accupuncture place b/c it's considered a "medical facility". Is that true? And if it is, then isn't it actually better than having a holistic or a body-rub licence b/c then, we won't have to deal with LE? If we keep things quiet and have no complaints, then everything should be alright, no? We just want to open a small spa with 2 girls, and keep a really, really, low profile but we don't want to invest our money and have the place shut down. We've already got limited funds as it is since my friend's been out of work for over 5 months already.
