Years ago I visited Permas Jaya. It was quite deserted. There were very few massage parlours. I eventually stopped at a place at about 12 pm, which I cannot remember its name. I visited the massage parlour there. It was in a cul de sac. It is along a long row of two or three storey not well kept shophouses. I asked the Malaysian Chinese man who was in-charge.
