*kay* should to it. Must have a minimum of 5 characters. Supposed to work and usually does. Occasionally though, I search for a name I know to be good and get no results.

Yeah, you can't search anything less than 5 characters, adding a asterisk doesn't work, searching *kay* will get:

Very annoying, you can't search Sue or *Sue* either. Should the mods/owner be aware of this to cut down the minimum length be 3 characters?

I don't understand the software. I am basically computer illiterate. I do know that sometimes the * to get five has worked for me. I also know that sometimes with a name, even a handle, with five or more I got the no results "massage".
