I throw in an extra 20. At a place like JR, there are customers who do not partake in the other services like women or just other working class dudes who come for just a massage. Some of these people don't even tip. So its not always the case that the girl would be working for tips with another customer

I do the same,

I understand it's extra work and in so extra tip is deserving for the girls as they spend extra time.

Most regulars at JR always tip appropriately ... no matter where you go you always get the few bad apples!

Really? During weekends, advance booking are required at JR, and almost no places for Walk-in cutomers, even difficult to find parking spaces.
JR is the busiest and best spa in York, man!!!
