I am not surprised it was Jack’s fault. He did a double booking for me and the real problem he did not find this was a mistake causing the client’s unnecessary waiting time. He is a subpar receptionist. I don’t think he has a heart and focus in performing his job. You can tell when he answers the phone for booking. He’d be better stay in the room to provide RMT message to lady customers.
