...if she's your cup of tea and provides the services you desire, to the quality you expect, it really doesn't matter where she works, as long as you can find and book her reasonably easily.

If she's not your cup of tea, it doesn't really matter who she works for, you just won't bother with her.

In the generic, non-differentiated industry marketplace as it is today, the rest is simply four walls, a bed, and a phone number.

Kareena has NOT Signed any contracts , Gemini Does not have any signed contracts for 2 yrs or any other length of time ... She is free to come and go as is anyone else is.

Kareena Love her or hate her is a TOP service provider ! Her reviews talk for themselves

Yes she has moved in out of agencies ... but that is the nature of the business girls will come and go.
If they are no longer happy ... they will tend to look else where. Turn over in this business is higher then any other business I know... so its not a surprise to me or anyone else.

Why bring her on ... why get involved with the drama associated with this .... A lot of you guys are in business and can understand the marketing behind this . She is a brand name on to her own, she is a brand of quality.

Bringing in a known name is important to a new agency. I appreciate the experience that she will bring with her. Along with the exposure she has will bring to Gemini.

As far as this entire poll being a marketing ploy? Yes it was ... but it was not a marketing ploy of Gemini ... we were not even on the list ... if we were then I can see why you'd think it was ... I had to contact her and negotiate with her just as any other potential agencies that were seeking her out.

I'm sorry if some of you are not happy with they way she has decided to market herself ... but I actually think it was a very cleaver way to let all those in the industry know she is seeking a new home ... and tried to get the hobbyist involved... but in the end she had to make the choice that was right for her.

I think she is probably well aware that review boards and their members account for very little of any sps business. No doubt she misses out on their members, but reviewers in general tend to be have one maybe two visits in them, then move on.

She no doubt has a lot of fun with it all; lurkers don't pay much attention to the lounge and its goings on. Be different if she promoted herself solely thru board advertising, but you can usually tell the difference between the sps who post or advertise only on boards and those who establish themselves outside of them. A lot of sps have no idea boards like this exist, and still carry on about their biz without them impacting their lives or biz in any way, in spite of what the members might believe. I think the only ones it would impact are those who do not advertise off board, and only get clients from the board members or lurkers.

I have seen a lot of different rambunctious sps get themselves kicked off boards for bad behaviour, and still get awesome reviews and lots of business from some who just don't give a damn. I have also seen a lot of posters do similar things like saying "she won't be around long with this attitude" or "this will affect her biz", etc. It never does; never will, except for the very few board members who might have seen her, easily replaced by the couple of hundred who do.


But also, this is the sort of sp who discourages reviews and reviewers from seeing her. It is deliberate. A lot of sps do not want any reviewers seeing them, as they are different from their regular clientele, and not always in a good way. They have a tendency, at times, to threaten them with bad reviews if the sp does not comply with their demands; this is not something a client who does not come from or know about review boards ever does. A lot of sps are burned badly and turned off by this kind of guy, too scared to report them, and then spend a lot of time trying to avoid you all. :twisted:

All the things have been said here has nothing to do with you or Gemini. People just had enough of her drama. She is marketing herself? yes, But it has been come to the point that people gets sick and tired of her. She was a good provider until she got " Britney Spear's Syndrome " which is " I am perfect i can do whatever the fuck i want and everyone has to love me " At this point everytime she tries to sell herself with her low marketing ideas actually she turns off few more possible clients.

Yes all ladies moves around. But we dont have any other example like drama queen kareena.

But i agree with Demien. Who gives a rat's ass where she works. If people wants to see her the way she is they will.

My friendly advice to you and her, she has to stop trying over-sell herself. You or her dont have to accept my advice, at the end who the hell i am to tell her what to do. I am just a person who fed up with her "excuse my language " bullshit.

I think you underestimate the power with word of mouth. This is a relatively newer board and there's over 2000 members, negative information spreads like wildfire.

It usually takes multiple positive reports to superceed a negative one. Human nature dictates that everyone always remembers the bad so much easier than the good.
