Yup and you are right too, they certainly have.
I have discovered some little gems in a lot of the smaller places, especially the one on the top left on the road the Holiday inn. If you go there look for Nok, she is a very pleasant and should I say pleasing girl.

Speaking to a friend of mine (ahem) who was with his partner, he said it was funny one time when they both went into same massage place, as the wife wanted her feet done and suggested (innocently I might add) for him to have a normal massage. With this a very pretty little young thing (or so my friend tells me) took the man upstairs while the wife was downstairs getting her

feet seen to.
Once upstairs needless to say the pretty young thing started her magic and inquired as to whether extra services including full would be required. Now any decent man would of course just say "no, my wife is downstair" but my friend actually while saying that was easily persuaded that she was out of earshot. The deed was performed to everybodys satisfaction and my friend went downstairs happy.
Once downstairs it was business as usual for the pretty young thing on front of the wife, and afterwards wife did say, "t was great of them there, they even put on the television for me while I was getting my feet done".

So in answer to your question, they will do whatever it takes and have actually stated that if they see you walking with wife they will basically ignore you.

But that is what my friend told me.

Ok, i know a good place in Kata.
On the south end head east (left)at the T just past the Kata Beach Resort.
Go about 2 kms to a place called Kanga or something like that on your left just before a turn.
Two girls working there. Both sweethearts.

All of te shops that are going to offer extras will have a way to separate you and your better half. They will expect a larger tip because it needs to be split with the one keeping your wife busy while you play.

Are there any near kata palm resort spa? I am there late Sep, Oct. Frist time staying in Kata beach (rode the hog threw there a couple of times) just trying to get a fill for the area on foot.:idea:

Go out the front and turn left, eithert 2nd or 3rd soi take a left and about half way down on the left. There is a hair salon and massage parlor you may want to try.
