As far as the ladies knowing they make $5 less an hour, I call BS, i talked to two of them, what they know is that they are being paid very well, and are doing much better than many other semi-legit spa's which they used to work at.

You misunderstood me here. Pls read it again. Most of the semi legit spas pay their girls 50% of the hourly fees they collect. For example, Just Relax charge $60 /hr and the girls get paid $30 out of that. E&M charges only $50/hr, so the girls are getting only $25 compared to Just Relax. So girls at E&M are getting $5 less, but E&M is almost always busy so they prefer working at E&M bcuz they can make more money at busy spas at the end of the day.

Assuming you made the $300 and it wasn't handed out in a monthly cheque, then yes pat yourself on the back.

You don't have to be a genius to figure this out. Here is a simple example. You can use a calculator or an Abacus of your choice.

Lets say a girl working at not so busy $60/hr spas sees average 4 customers a day. She makes $30/ hr and assume $20 tips on every customer. Which is $30+20=$50/ customer. If she sees 4 customers, that is $50x4=. $200 at the end of the day. At a busy $50/hr spas like E&M, they see average 7 customers a day. Which is $25+ 20tip=$45, but she sees 7 customers, that is $45x7= $315 . So she makes $115 extra at the end of the day even tho she makes $5 less on hourly rate. That's why the girls at E&M never quit and has very low turn over compared to some other spas.

Feeling important? Why do I need to be feeling important in men forum? What will I get out of that ? I am just sharing my inside knowledge here . I'd rather feel important with the ladies at their spas. Not here.
My 50% figure is about most semi legit spas. Girls at Kelly spas get more than 50%. Holistic spas is a different story. The ladies get only 10 bucks out of $40 door fee on every half hr in most holistic spas . Some holistic spas don't even pay $10, they have to rely on their tips. It is like they are renting the room to operate. Any more questions?

Just a follow up to my own post. Only one of them provide it and it's really YMMV. So I don't want to get anyone's hopes up. But you are guaranteed a HE with good massage with all others

That is so true but I do know the girls at Kelly Spa get more than 50% of the hourly fees. The owner is so generous with the girls and girls with higher seniority get more. I know of 2 girls who get 65%. That's how Kelly keeps all popular girls at her spa and some of them have been there for years.

Let the hidden gem hunt begin bearing in mind there always will be a YMMV in this case or in any spa. It's all about the chemistry between the two and the right timing and mood. I had have some fun at one legit spa a few yrs back on Bayview. She is retired and married now.

E&M is a semi legit spa and I hope this doesn't mislead anyone going there hoping to get more out of every girl. You might run into trouble and spoil a good session if you try that on some of the girls there. Especially Coco and Yoyo. The rest of the girls are ok to a certain extent. From my experience, the ones who lacks in look and youth tends to provides better service.

Anyhow another E&M review this time with Cici.

She looks to be mid 30's, larger than average rack, nice classic Asian look to her, but a rather flat un-curvy body otherwise. As with everyone else at this spa, if you are in need of an actual massage or have significant shoulder/back/neck pain, it's probably best you find another place. What you get with Cici, is a typical 'Just Ok' massage, she did hit most of the major points but with an amateurish, slightly robotic technique. No tease to speak of and an average HE.

It was at most worth a $30 tip, and that's what i gave. After some friendly in room banter i gave her the money and was greeted with the usual entitled E&M stunned silence. Well that's it for me at E&M folks, average attendants, average massage and average service. There are much better experiences to be had elsewhere, looking forward to doing more reviews at some other joints ;-)

Thanks for the review. I like that and I really meant it. That's what this board is for. That's the only way we all have balanced reviews. I'd rather have more guys like you who really play and post here than some sick fuck tards shooting shit.

Your reviews are almost identical as my point of views. That's why I only stick with Michelle and Jenny there. Maggie who is coming back next month is the other one I tried when Michelle is busy. I am more into hard massage so I don't mind having Yoyo once in a while. Sandy is liberal but her massage didn't do it for me. Most of her customers are Caucasians not to my surprise. Cici is cute and good looking but her body was exactly as you described. Not a bad girl but something is missing with her even though I couldn't pin point what it is but she is quite popular with some younger Chinese guys. I wished Coco is more liberal. She gives very good massage and can give amazing hand job but too restrictive.

Well..we all are different and we will never find a perfect one for everyone. Here is a little suggestion from my experience. If you like hard massage, stick with Yoyo, Michelle and Coco. If you are into medium, Jenny, Cici and Sandy is your best bet. If you prefer good looking younger girl sensual rubbing and touching, Jessica is your choice there. Not too bad that you can have a variety of massaging at one location in a nice clean facility at a very reasonable price and all decent looking ladies under the age of 40. Most have talented hands. What more can you ask for?

BTW..Jenny will be back on duty starting Tuesday tomorrow.
