Saw Kelly again this past week and she does read this posts (or had someone tell her about it) and she told me that she is trying to not do the phone bit as much, but that if she doen't answer, she will loose business. The phone did not ring a single time during our session. She is a nice lady, but does have a scheduling issue. I have waited over 30 minutes for an "appointment" that I had scheduled with her. My time is valuable too...It would be great if she hired someone to schedule for her. I would pay more if I had "MY TIME" for the hour.
