On the way out, I say a woman with pretty face and make up that I want to add to my TBD list. I was told her name was Coco (who I thought worked more at the Richmond Hill main location).

So far, so good.

But when I first arrived, the door was opened by another shorter woman, who while she had a nice slimmer figure and cute butt, had minimal make up and a very plain hair style. I assumed by her look that she was a receptionist. If she was one of the working spa girls instead, then I might suggest the female manager of the operation give her some fashion advice about how to "glam up" a bit more (for the sake of both her own career and the customer's quality of experience).

There is no receptionist and you know exactly who she is...lol
