You also have to learn that a charge from the by law officer is not a criminal charge. It is against the bylaws in mississauga for the mpa to get up on the table with you. So do you think when the by law officer visits and catches a lady breaking the bylaw that she gets a criminal charge? You're incorrect about it just getting into the spotlight recently. What you are hearing is more and more mp's (usually unlicensed fly by night operations) are getting charged criminally for offering bj's and f/s. One region has always printed the names of those charged criminally. The other regions do up to a point.

In that time, I mean during 2 years after this post, I had luck and I was busted again, and again MP had a Body Rub License! It’s my luck! LOL

Maybe an aside- I have had a woman formerly at an MPA now independant tell me she was afraid of the LE 'inspections'. This surprised me- I would have thought the 'hobby-ists' would be the ones to be afraid of and that the LE should protect the MPA's.

I guess this goes back to the age old arguement of what the laws should be- I know that the MPA rules in each municipality seem kind of artificial (on foot on the ground at all times etc.) and that certain activities will always be for sale and searched for by clients- so why not provide an effective place for that to happen without fear. As far as I understand 'incalls' are not legal, public solicitation is not legal so outcalls are the only thing left- and this is not really effective for everyone involved.

First off, I'm not mad, I'm frustrated because paranoia is unnecessary in this business. Almost daily I hear about MPA's, SP's and dancers who have been assaulted by assholes who claim to be board members and then I listen to guys like you whining about the risks of getting charged.

A bylaw charge is nothing, its like a frigging parking ticket. Dont pay it and you run the risk of not being able to renew your license. If guys would practise discretion and treat the ladies with respect then the cops wouldnt have to get involved in this and start writing up criminal charges. (Which by the way is minimal considering how much is going on). They dont care what we do but if we rub their faces in it there will be action taken.

Discretion is the key word here, learn what it means and practise it and you'll be left alone.

You got some serious thinking to do, if it only dawn on you now, that there are risk involved. In terms of risk, I mentioned in other post I stand to 'lose' as much as anyone, perhaps more as there are a few that would make it their mission I'm punish to the full extend when I step out of line, but that's another story. Those that read my posts know I'm commonly 'found in' MP.

Knew the risks, go to reputable place, don't go beyound the limit and you'll be fine. Like RS said, No one here are in the position to guarantee anything.


People fear the unknown, when its repeated enough time, people begin to think its true. When it is in print, it's somehow a 'fact'.

Think of all those Urban legends, emails warning HIV needles in movie theatre, unsafe restaurants, SARS stories, colourless drugs in nite clubs...

Hey Sheik, does this mean that LE approves of routine MP activity like HJs and kitty play? What bylaw allows that? My impression is that any sexual activity is verboten but a tacit understanding exists where certain activity is tolerated. Once that magic line is crossed the heat is then applied.

By the way, are undercover oinkers getting screwed and blown in order to make sure bylaws are being respected? Man, I want that job if this is the case! I mean, how else do they know for sure what is going on?
