They say there is going to be a big time crackdown in the York region... I don't know what exactly that means, but there was an article in the paper couple of weeks ago... But you are taking chances any time you walk in an MP.... The safe option is, simply don't go, but that option is no fun.... It is however alot cheeper!!!

Don't worry yourself. Even if you are caught inside, unless you are an ass, or a wanted felon LE usualy won't cause you any real grief.

I could be wrong, but I don't think you can be fine or thrown in jail. Being nude in a licensed body rub is perfectly legal as far as I know. See BlackRanger3d's post ...

To my knowledge if a girl is found nude or breaking one of the by-laws she can be given a fine.

There used to be a run down of the different by laws within each region on MBB, but I can't find it.

I really don't know the complexities as I don't worry about such things from my perspective ...

Hey gentlemen,
speaking from an informed position it can cause a little grief in your life.In April of 2000 I was found in a common bawdy house.That is the legal charge that will be given to you if a raid happens.I should preface this by saying that I had no prior knowleage of the difference between licenced and unlicenced establishments,I would see a place and like some of you take a chance well I got caught.The place if anyone is interested was near Bloor St & Dundas St W (A-1 massage or something like that.Anyway it's not there anymore.
The raid happened between 6 and 7:00 pm I was told by one of the arresting officers that raids happen between shift changes to get maximum coverage.I'm not sure if he was right or not but it made sense in my situation.
Well to the facts as I know them everyone in the place except me and the ladies were led out in handcuffs.I assume they had priors.This being my first offence for anything in my life put me in a position were I was given a what looked like a parking ticket.It had a date for me to show up at Old City Hall pre trial date.
At this point I was given an option I could go to john school or take my chances by setting a trial date.I took door number 1.To make a long story longer LOL I went to john school on a Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.I heard that I was the cause for all prostitution in the world bla bla.Sorry guys if this is not as coherent as you would like,I'm still getting use to this medium.Anyway getting back to the tragic event that changed my life,I got my little certificate from the john school took it to my next court date and was given my one and only get out of jail card free.
Now at this poiint your saying is it really this easy no!!!
The whole process took about 6 months to clear up and a lot of sleepless nights.I should tell you guys I'm married and to this point my wife still doesn't know.So this is one secret I'm prepared to share in this anonymous forum but will carry to the grave when it comes to my wife.
I know it doesn't answer the question of when bust occur but it will let you know what to expect.

Ok I guess I was not specific enough.
NO REAL GRIEF MEANS NO CHARGES OF ANY KIND - USUALLY (sorry had to shout).

The 2 times that I have been found in (yeah 2 times I suck) the cops were cool. They ask you a bunch of questions - what was she doing - was she naked.....

You tell them the TRUTH (not worth it to lie) they write your name and address down (from D-L) call in to see if you are a criminal, and then let you go.

They are much more interested in the girls and the establishment.
Just remember Cops are just doing their job, so 9 times out of 10 if you are cool with them they will be cool with you.

Your damm right it sucked and not in a good way, but I got through it.Now I only go to Allure and HFH.I feel as safe as I can which is not saying much but I can live with those odds.

Raids usually take place in the evenings or on the weekends when the cops can nail the max # of people. But that's not a hard and fast rule. Sometimes the cops do not want to bust tons of people. Just send the owner a message. So they can bust any time.

The chares relate to the "bawdy house" and avails sections of the Criminal Code. For a customer, you get a "found-in" charge. Which results in a probation order and a criminal record, if you are found guilty at trial. So you can't visit the USA anymore. I've heard that there's a "Johns' Diversion Programme" in effect whereby you're forced to attend a "education prgramme" to learn how evil and degrading prostitution is and how evil and exploitative you are for going to an MP. If you complete the course and say all your lines properly, you're considered "cured" and the cops pull your charges without them going to trial. The ? is whether that programme applies in York. I'm not up to date on this.

The most embarassing is to be caught naked with an erection and to be announced in front of people that you were actually caught at such a place when you go to court!!!

Probation and community work is no big deal. Neither is the "re-education". What I am really concerned about is the criminal record.

Then I guess, for the reasons and experiences stated above by veterns, I will not return to 2 Corby to see my favouraite Nadia. How sad ...

After this, I'd rather spend an extra few and wait in line and go to HFH and IT instead. At least no raids will happen there. Correct me if I am wrong folks ...

Peter@Corby, if you are reading this I am sorry man. Although I like your establishment and your girls, I am not going to take the chance. Getting off with my favourite MPA for a life time criminal record just ain't worth it ...
