If you're licenced and do massages...the client has to be draped with a towel (as my understanding goes: so I've been told by ladies in the biz).

If the cops kick the door open (the best places have doors that lock) and the "client" is uncovered...big trouble. That goes double if: 1.) dude had a visible hard-on; 2.) he's gettin' it whacked/doing it himself etc.

Guys !!! This is so scary !!! I guess I should get into SPs instead. Its more expensive and shit ... but definitely safer.

I had trouble with the cops before and I don't want to get involved with them ever again.

When I was 17 I was charged under the YOA (Young Offenders Act). If they caught me with a hard on and call back to the station and check me out ... chances are that they will take me back and shit .......

I just don't wan to bother with all the unneccesary shit ...

Its either well established MPs (e.g. HFH or IT, or paying a hundred extra and see an incall).

Your odds of being caught in a raid vary with the quality of the spa... although any MP is suspect to an inspection. LE wants to control the unlicensed spas, the ones who use underage girls, and the real problems.

In a raid, cooperate and be honest (within reason). Unless you are caught in the act, or confess to something illegal, LE will simply lecture you and release you.

Safety and common sense go a long way toward protecting yourself. Dont go overboard into paranoia!

SubDave- YOA records "are destroyed some time after the sentence has been completed. If the person is found guilty of committing a summary offence, the record is destroyed after 2 years. If found guilty of an indictable offence, the record will be destroyed after 5 years." So relax. That's the whole reason for the YOA.

To the # of people worried about busts, could someone advertising as an SP not be an LE sting? There is risk involved in everything. This is not a hobby for the weak at heart (or light of wallet).

No, as long as it's an outcall and any communication is being done in private. No laws are being broken by the SP or client (the agency and others "living off the avails" are at risk though)

But I will say, that the neo-Christian organization complainers have been doing their own share of molestations and the LE can go right after them, instead!

Nonetheless, I kind of do agree with Gyaos ... if you need it, you need it ...

But do you guys really think that Christians orgs. is the main catalyst for these raids? Do they have that much influence on the law?

Ok ... lets just say I was caught. Do I tell them what was really happening? Or do I give a partial answer which will protect myself and the MPA?

i concur with submissivedave's fear, as having such a record is very embarassing to the family, as well as present/future wife. personally, i'd rather have a record for assault/harassment than for being caught in a bawdy house......way too embarassing imo

City councilors and mayors received many complants about MP establishments. Either there are too many or whatever reasons.

There are political pressure for them to do something. Going by the books, many things that are offered by most MPA are illegal.
Yes, two censenting adult can do whatever they want but not in a MP.

Take your MPA out to a hotel and you can do whatever you both consented.

It was all over the Toronto Sun and my brother told me that either last night or the night before, he saw it on the chinese news that even more places got visited by the LE. Any idea how long these raids usually last? A few weeks? months?

Raids can happen at any place at any time... You aren't really safe any place unfortunatly, altough I'm not aware of LE ever being at either HFH or IT.
