LE in Brampton

I guess my question is "if it is illegal to enter (assume leavin is okay because I've got to go home sometime) then why are these establishments licensed by the municipality in the first place?".

Isn't that a kind of Catch-22? Yes, they are licensed, but NO, you can't go in.

P.S. I visited SRM at 2:00am Saturday morning, no LE around then or when I left after 3:00. Cold and snowy so maybe they had other things to contend with. Didn't see any cruisers around CB when I drove by it just before 2:00 either.

what is their point in doing this? harassing/intimidating clients -

if their purpose is to close down the mp, well...this is kinda a low-ball way of doing it, they cant fight it in court so they have to resort to this? (i guess bullying and intimidation didnt stop in grade school)

are they trying to stop people from doing something illegal? if it is illegal, why didnt they arrest you on the spot?
if its not illegal, why are they harassing you?

if they really want to stop, make you reconsider going there - dang, all they have to do is tell the truth about some of those places, how unhealthy and unclean some of those places are and the things you can catch, haha...

to me...what they're doing is kinda pointless and waste of time...

what an ASS that LE was, how is it illegal to enter a "business" that the City of Brampton issued and was paid for a license to operate? please judge explain that to me?
as for the collection of plates, cant do anything about that, aside from not parking right infront...as I do...usually park around the side of the building. lol

just my 2cents...been in the hobby for over 10 yrs, and also taken by-law enforcement courses...good to have some inside knowledge sometimes!
