Before he got married we used to hang-out together.

Working-out, beers and action movies. Now that he is married, (third kid on the way) he only will hang-out if he can have a massage. We have been good friends over 7 years now so I don't understand why he can't do the movies and beers anymore.

He never asked for a massage before he got married. What gives.

Is your complaint that he wants a massage period or that he ALWAYS wants one?
If you're cool with the massage, or at least would be if it wasn't the only thing you guys would be doing, just tell him so. Tell him you're fine with going for a massage but you wanna check out this movie or get a few brewskis first, then a massage to wind down. If he don't or wont go for that, find a new "movie-beer" pal.
