I found myself on CT Avenue today, walking along until I came upon a Starbuck's. (Yeah, I know, they're rare as hen's teeth.) Anyway, I enjoyed a strong cup of java, then continued my pedestrian activities. Shortly, I came upon Dupont and decided to take a detour inside. I wasn't too hot out, but it felt good to get in with the AC. (Appreciate it while it lasts; once this "global warming" bill that Congress passed goes into effect, air conditioning, as well as prosperity, will be a thing of the past.)
Anyway, I ring the bill and mamasan let's me in. Another customer was about to exit, so she shuffled me off to a side room for a moment and then brought me out and handed me over to Coffee (although I could have asked for any of the available therapists). She's a slightly older (mid-40s?) provider, A-cups, about 5'-3" (tough to gauge exactly when they wear those platform heels), straight longish hair, slender, friendly. She takes me back to one of the rooms, collects the house fee (.7), asks if I want to shower, and then disappears for a moment.
When she returns, it's off to the shower, which was a long thorough affair during which we got to talk and get acquainted. Apparently, they just had a new staff arrive this past weekend (or perhaps on July 4 weekend). In fact, on Friday, one of the girls ate something that didn't agree with her, so they were left short-staffed for a time. Anyway, after the shower, we head back to the room. She tells me to lie down and asks what style I like (lite, medium, or hard). I tell her medium, and I spend the next 50 minutes (and, including the 10 in the shower, the full hour) enjoying the session and her conversation. The aching bones, joints, and muscles needed it and, all in all, it was a decent session. I did not leave unsatisfied, and I will repeat as a result.
