If you want a proper massage with no extras, try Five Star. After a hard workout one night, I asked the owner of the hotel I was staying at if there was a regular massage place nearby, making it clear I was not interested in a 'special' massage, he recommended Five Star on Rat U Thit (walk down from Jungceylon towards Christins, opposite side to Christins, a bit further down), very relaxing.

Rubbish, a 1 hour oil massage has been 300B since the day the first Bali Hai opened 7 years ago as i was one of their first customers. You must be talking about a 2 hour specialty massage off the menu or maybe they charged you double+ for being a fat cnut !!! 555555

Bawdy you are correct about La Dolce Vita. For further directions the turning is just past the Mercure Hotel and then turn left at the corner where Shakers bar is. Before anyone asks I have not been there but saw the sign when sitting in Shakers Bar one night.........................
