Geez, more people should just leave terb and come here. Together, we can make a great review community and show what is possible by being smart mature adults who self moderate. Then, terb will be a ghost town after all the reviewers leave, just like caerf.

The one thing I like about Massage Planet is that shills are not so hidden and can thrive doing their job openly. On the down side, I do believe every shill post should have some disclaimer such as "the preceding post may not reflect the views of a normal client. The author of this post is a paid advertiser and therefore his/her opinions should be taken with a grain of salt."

Sorry to pick on old man Krayjee, it's just that knowing that he gets paid to bump threads, recruit girls, and all that just makes his "reviews" so tainted by conflict of interest, it really does bother me that people who may not know him, will come in and take his word literally.

Discussions about BBFS, racist slurs, and over the top misogynies should also be barred.

Well, that's just the beauty of this site. Everyone is free to write what they want and read what they read and believe what they believe. There is no need for disclaimers because we're all adults and fully capable of making up our own minds.

I think the massage section of TERB is pretty much a ghost town already. Just a bunch of new members constantly asking Qs

The rules in their massage section is one of the reasons why I don't become more of a massage parlor guy. One of the reasons I see escorts is because I like to write about the experience afterward. In the massage section you are supposedly not allowed to give any details of the session, and I feel that saying "she did a good tease and decent massage" in every review is absolutely pointless and redundant. I would think that every massage review should be structured in such a way that it must contain: what services were included, what prices were paid for said service, and some kind of comparison or grading system for the massage.

What some guys claim to be a "nice massage" should be more than just fingers caressing your back. To me a good massage has to have pressure, and I would put that in my reviews so people know what I mean by "nice massage."

Just my thoughts.

The problem is that when advertisers pretend they are clients, how can those posts be definitively labelled as shills?

Even though some accounts are pretty obvious it would still require consistent oversight, moderation and policing, which are in extremely short supply on this board...

To be fair however the moderator has labelled most (but not all) threads that are obviously all hype by the spas themselves as "spa ads" which is extremely helpful.

I can agree with you on all points, specially in the first sentence. I have a list of all the handles that I consider shill accounts and which agency they belong to. I haven't done the same for spas, because I just don't even read the reviews there.

I also agree with the labeling, that is a great idea. I have an idea on how to neutralize shills, and tell me if you think this would work:

What if, with every review there was a numerical grading of some kind, similar to the way amazon does their reviews. You can then see top reviews and worst reviews when you are deciding on a provider. I think this could work because shills both positive and negative rely on "hype" created by visibility of their reviews, so if every review counted towards an overall score of a provider then that would neutralize somewhat the impact of the shill review.

I saw a couple of posts by a new handle people presumed it to be her boyfriend saying how she is from a small town and what not, then they were deleted.
